Welcome to the website of the American University Club Gymnastics Team! We are a small, hard-working, completely student run team that has become very competitive over the past few years. We are a part of NAIGC (National Association of Intercollegiate Gymnastics Clubs) and through NAIGC, we attend competitions throughout the east coast and travel as far as Texas and California for nationals every year. Our team consists of girls and guys who range from USAG level 9 and 10 to girls and guys that have never tried gymnastics before. We work out 5 times a week, but it's not mandatory that you attend all the workouts and we encourage our members to be involved in other activities on campus.
