Welcome to American University Club Gymnastics Team! We are a small, hard-working, completely student run team that has become very competitive over the last 3 years and we really look forward to our upcoming season with NAIGC (National Association of Intercollegiate Gymnastics Clubs). Through NAIGC, we attend competitions mostly in the Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania areas, but we also travel to competitons in upstate New York and California. Our team consists of girls and guys who range from USAG level 9 and 10 to girls and guys that have never tried gymnastics before. We work out 5 times a week, but it's not madatory that you attend all the workouts and we encourage our members to be involved in other activities on campus.
